We have the opportunity to be mindful in everything we do.
Mental Health and Wellbeing are the new buzz words, but what can we do at school and at home to ensure it transcends from spoken word to action?

Whether you are a parent, carer, work in a school or a younger person making your way in the world the importance of being mindful when growing or helping to grow somebody is key.

We offer tailored wellbeing support to families and educators. From 1:1 wellbeing tutoring for children to online support sessions for parents/carers and educators we have you covered. We also offer staff training to Schools, Nurseries and Children's Centres. If you can't see the specific help you need in our listed services it is still likely we can still support you so get in touch and let us know what it is you need.

We are also availble to speak at events, write for publication and record interviews for TV and podcasts.
Mindfulness for learning aims to bring all things mental health and wellbeing to one place in a supported and connected environment.
You will find everything from responses to the latest news and interviews with experts to workshops and events for you to get involved in.
There is something for everyone here and all are welcome.
