A session for early years educators/practitioners.
Children benefit from learning how to use mindfulness in order to manage their big emotions. By practising mindfulness regularly they can explore their own minds, emotions and responses in day-to-day life and reduce their reactivity. In this session you will learn practical ways to weave mindfulness into your daily life in your early years settings.
