Sophie Meets Ben Levinson OBE

Sophie went to Newham to meet with Ben Levinson as part of her research for her book due to be published by Routledge in summer 2025 titled Teacher Autonomy.

Here is what Sophie had to say about her visit:

"Reflective, bold (I don't mean the suit but isn't it amazing!?), kind, smiley and personable.

Just a few words to describe Ben Levinson OBE. Ben and his team are working hard (but not 'burn out' hard) to create an autonomous working environment - one that nurtures trust, collaboration and utilises the skills of their school family.
