We were at the Barnes Children's Literature Festival!

We were super lucky to be invited to create our own wellbeing hub for all of those attending the Barnes Children's Literature Festival.

We had an inspiring day delivering children's yoga sessions, chatting to and supporting families, playing with children and talking to educators about their wellbeing.

We even delivered a Bear Hunt yoga session with Michael Rosen sat in the next tent! Thank you Michael for reposting this on your Twitter!
