Training and Support for Children and Staff
At Mindfulness for learning we value the input of your staff, children and parents and this is why we offer a personal approach to assist and guide you on your wellbeing journey.

Rather than providing you with a pre-packaged scheme of work we tailor our training to suit your individual setting, allowing for teacher autonomy, child-led initiatives and targeted parent and carer support.

From supporting Senior Leaders in building a Wellbeing Action Plan to helping teachers reflect on their own self care, Mindfulness for learning's range of training and support packages will provide you with the specific help you need.

All of our training and support packages are delivered in person and with a free consultation prior to the session start date.

A room managed by a member of staff where children can go if they feel they need to talk - in groups or individually.

The journey begins with holding group sessions with the school council where decisions are made as to what your Expression Room may look like and what it will offer.

Alongside the school council we will launch The Expression Room and introduce the way it will work to your setting.
